To accomplish purchase of goods in the internet shop the customer should has:

* Access to internet
* Internet browser
* E-mail active account
* Own number of stationary telephone or mobile telephone

The shop sells full range of goods presented on the web site.


4. TERITORIAL SFERE
We manage wholesaling on terrain of whole Europe, detail selling is limited to the area of Poland because of transport costs.


5. MAKING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed by firms as well as by privet persons having legal actions ability.

Procedure:
- choose goods accessible on the internet shop
- put products in to virtual basket by clicking "ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET"
- in the whole course of purchasing, the customer has possibility of preview content of the basket as well as its value
- after filing the basket with demanded goods, the customer will be redirected to the form "DETAIL OF ORDER", where he should give personal data, means and deadline of delivery and indicate the kind of payment
- the form should be filled in carefully and completely because only such order will be realized
- the filled form will be send by clicking the icon- "SEND"
- in case of problems, please contact us by using a/m means of communication


6. REFUSING OF ORDER REALIZATION
NOTICE: Placing the order is equal to:
- the agree to processing personal data for needs of the shop
- the agree to conclude the sale contract
- the declaration that the regulations of the shop are known and will be respected!


7. GOODS DESCRIPTION
We declare, that the description of goods presented on our website are real and confirmed with actual state.
However we do not bear responsibility for incompatibilities and mistakes in descriptions made by manufacturers and dealers of given product.

We do not take responsibility for a changes which are held by a producer or a dealer with non information for our shop.

8. PRICES
All prices in the internet shop are given in PLN and they are netto prices without tax VAT.
Price do not contain the costs of delivery, they are given in a separated position.
Quoted prices are binding for the moment of declaring the order by a customer.
We reserve the right for changing prices in the internet shop, and carrying out as well as dismissing any promotions and dismissing selling actions.


9. DISCOUNTS
The shop leads various advertising and promotional actions, about which the customer can get information in the section “MONTH PROMOTIONS”.
We enclose with such actions especially our regular clients for whom we set up (only by telephone) individual actions.

Our client becomes permanent when buys at least once a month.

10. DELIVERY
A) The customer can take ordered goods away with his own means of transport from storehouse located on 249 Chelmzynska street, Warsaw. The reciving person must have with him self the identity document with a photo and in case of collection by authorized person it is necessary to have the authorization as well as identity document with a photo.

B) On terrain of Warsaw the goods are delivered by internet shop, adding the following delivery charge:

value of delivery, transport charge:
to 99,99 PLN - 14,00 PLN
100 to 299,99 PLN - 7,00 PLN
over 300,00 PLN - free delivery

Deadline of delivery: to 7 weekdays.

C) Outside Warsaw the goods can be delivered by:
* Polish national post:
- economic tariff: 3 - 4 days,
- preference tariff: 1-2 days.

Tariff tablets are available on every Post Office.

* Courier:
- standard tariff: delivery till the end of the second weekday,
- express tariff: delivery till next weekday.
All deadlines are calculated since the day of pay the payments duties of customer.
When payment is made by bank transfer the deadline is calculated since the moment of income of cash on our bank account.

WARNING: On the transfer forms as in case of every contract we kindly ask for tax ID number, which should be in order confirming e-mail.

11. DELIVERY RECEIPT
Please pay attention for the condition of the delivery when receiving it from supplier. It should be checked if the consignments are not damaged or if the protection does not carry any traces of interference (if the tapes are not touched and so on).
If there are any damages, you should unlock the package at the supplier’s presence and check if the quantity of goods complies with the transport documents and that if the state of goods is satisfying.
If there are shortfalls and/or damages, a report of claim or refusal of taking the package should be made at the presence of supplier, describing shortfalls and damages.
The report establishes basis for a demand of compensation.


12. REFUSAL OF ORDER REALIZATION
The shop reserves the right to refuse realization of order if:
a) it can not be possible to confirm the order by telephone or by e-mail,
b) customer does not respect the present regulations,
c) customer does not respect the rules binding in trade.

In those case shop can block client access to the service and will be put on the black list.

13. RETURN OF GOODS
According to Act of 2.03.2000 “About protection of some customer’s rights (Dz. U. of 31.03.2000) you have possibility to resign of purchasing for the period of 10 days (dating from the day of receiving the product ) without stating the cause and without bearing the additional costs (apart from costs of sending back the parcel).
Act giving such right requires however to respect some conditions: product has to be returned back in unchanged state (it can not be used, worn out unlocked or violated in any way) also the packing should be intact (the foils and another protections).
Customer bears the cost of sending back the goods to seller and will not be refunded by the seller.


14. PERSONAL DATA
The firm guarantees the protection of personal data (according to Act “About protection of personal data” of 29.08.1997) both in processing and storing them, safe guarding the access to them against unauthorized persons.
BEA does not make personal data accessible to persons, institutions, firms.
BEA collects personal data, address, e-mail, telephone number, which serve- first of all- to realize the order.
The a/m contact information are used when is essential, e.g.: to confirm the data of delivery, to pass down the information of new products or promotion writings and as well as to gain information about customer’s behavior and preferences to improove the quality of offered services (according to Act “About e-mail servicing” of 18.07.2002).
The firm limits gathering and utilizing information to the minimum dispensable to render services on possibly highest level.
You may of course resign of receiving e-mail correspondence.
You are entitled to insight in to your data, to change or delete them as well as to demand the cessation of their processing.


15. FINAL RESOLVES
In respect of affairs unsettled by the present regulations, a Civil Code is in power (as well as our inward company ethics: all affairs should be determined in favor of customer).

The seller reserve the right to change the text of Regulations.

Other regulations will be published on the internet website and it will come in power after 7 (seven) days since the day of its publishing.
The proper court to investigate disputes resulting from the contract of sale is the court proper for the place of residence or base of the defendant or the court proper to for the place of realization of the contract sale.
